From Hong Kong International Airport

Airport Express

Route: Airport Station → University Station (about 1 hr 15 min)
Walk → Airport Station → Take the Airport Express (Hong Kong Direction) → Get off at Kowloon Station → Walk to Kowloon Station (Tung Chung Line) → Take the MTR Tung Chung Line (Hong Kong Direction) → Get off at Hong Kong Station → Walk to Central Station → Take the MTR East Rail Line (Lo Wu / Lok Ma Chau Direction) → Get off at University Station
Ticket Price: About HK$73
Tip: After exiting the station, you can take the shuttle bus (see Shuttle Bus Schedule) to HKSP.

Taxi (red)

Time: about 30-40 minutes
Fee: about HK$280-320 (pay by cash)
Tip: tell the driver the destination is “Hong Kong Science Park, Charles K. Kao Auditorium”.

From Hong Kong International Airport

From the West Kowloon Terminus/Kowloon Station

Walk → Austin Station → Take the MTR Tuen Ma Line (Wu Kai Sha Direction) → Hung Hom Station → Transfer to the East Rail Line (Lo Wu/Lok Ma Chau Direction) → Get off at University Station.

From University Station

Method 1: Shuttle Bus. See Shuttle Bus Schedule.
Method 2: Taxi. About HK$40-60, the journey takes 5-10 minutes.

Shuttle Bus Schedule

Shuttle bus services will be provided on 9 February 2026 (Monday) and 10 February 2026 (Tuesday) for participants of the conference to travel between the University MTR Station and The Education University of Hong Kong (Tai Po campus). Please show the confirmation email to the driver and the student helper to get on the shuttle bus.

- A complimentary shuttle bus service will be available between University Station and HKSP. Our helpers will indicate the pick-up and drop-off areas (please note that these areas are different from the EdUHK University shuttle station). You can also refer to the following route photos that show the location of these areas.
